Yusif Jabbarov has 20 years of successful track record in various industries, including leadership and executive management roles in energy, telecommunications, and financial institutions.

Mr. Jabbarov is the CEO of NEQSOL Holding. He leads the Holding's international business and is also in charge of its strategy, merger & acquisitions, and business portfolio management. He had also served as the Head of the Shareholder’s Office since 2015. By bringing his leadership expertise to strategic management and corporate governance, he led the holding's reorganization and transformation project.

Yusif Jabbarov is a Member of the Boards of Directors at various companies within the holding. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bakcell,  the Member of the Boards of Directors at Vodafone Ukraine, and Norm, the largest cement producer in the South Caucasus.

Mr. Jabbarov joined the holding in 2013 as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Nobel Energy (formerly Nobel Oil) group of companies operating in the oil industry and led its reorganization project into the two groups – Nobel Energy and Nobel Upstream.

Yusif Jabbarov served in the financial industry from 2000 to 2013. He had worked as the Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board at one of the leading commercial banks of Azerbaijan since 2007 and was in charge of strategy, marketing and major reorganization projects.

In 2023, he received “The Taraggi Medal” in Azerbaijan for his notable contributions to the country's economic development and entrepreneurial sphere.

Mr. Jabbarov is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having successfully completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD in Strategic Management). He also obtained an MBA degree from Birmingham Business School in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from UNEC in 2002.
