Yusif Jabbarov has around 25 years of successful track record, including leadership positions in the energy, telecommunications, investment, and banking industries.

Mr. Jabbarov is Chairman of the Board at NEQSOL Holding. Prior to this role, he served as CEO from 2018 and Head of the Shareholder’s Office from 2015, leading the holding’s strategic transformation and reorganization.

Yusif Jabbarov is a Member of the Boards of Directors at various companies within the holding.

Mr. Jabbarov joined the holding in 2013 as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Nobel Energy (formerly Nobel Oil) group of companies operating in the energy industry and led its reorganization project into the two groups – Nobel Energy and Nobel Upstream.

Yusif Jabbarov served in the financial industry from 2000 to 2013. He had worked as the Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board at one of the leading commercial banks of Azerbaijan since 2007 and was in charge of strategy, marketing and major reorganization projects.

In 2023, he received “The Taraggi Medal” in Azerbaijan for his notable contributions to the country's economic development and entrepreneurial sphere.

Mr. Jabbarov is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having successfully completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD in Strategic Management). He also obtained an MBA degree from Birmingham Business School in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from UNEC in 2002.
