Rauf Aghayev is a senior executive with extensive international experience in finance, investment, and corporate leadership across multiple sectors.

He currently serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at NEQSOL Holding, advising on corporate strategy and global investment initiatives.

Mr. Aghayev holds multiple leadership roles, including CEO of Inviglob Holding - Nasib Hasanov’s Family Office, where he oversees a diversified global portfolio spanning energy, infrastructure, and other key industries. He also serves as President of Nobel Energy Americas and CFO of Nobel Energy Services Ltd (UK), leading financial strategy and corporate development for the company’s international energy operations.

He previously served as a Member of the Audit Committees at NORM Cement and Bakcell, providing oversight on financial performance, risk, and compliance.

He holds an MBA degree from Columbia University and London Business School, a BSc from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
