Meric Tunc has over 22 years of extensive experience in various senior Human Resources and Business Support roles.

Mr. Tunc is the Chief Human Capital Officer of NEQSOL Holding since 2018 and responsible for setting People Strategy, driving Organizational Change, cultivating Leadership Culture, leading Change Management Process in M&As.

Before joining the holding, he worked as Human Resources Director at Samsung Electronics Turkey. He has a valuable 12 years of experience in Turkcell Group in different HR leadership and Business Support roles.

Mr. Tunc is an alumnus of INSEAD, having successfully completed the International Directors Program in 2023. He also successfully completed Global Executive Program at Harvard Business School in 2017. Mr. Tunc obtained his Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Marmara University in 2000.
