Henning Sasse has over 24 years of work experience, mostly in various senior Technical and General Management roles.

Mr. Sasse joined NEQSOL Holding in 2017 as the CEO of Norm, which operates the largest cement plant in the South Caucasus. Before joining the holding, he worked as Head of Cement Industrial India of LafargeHolcim and in addition was ExCo Member of two LafargeHolcim Group Companies in India.

He has valuable 19 years of experience in cement and other building materials as well as in waste management and alternative resources from various assignments in Germany, Azerbaijan, Russia, and India/South Asia.

Mr. Sasse holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University Braunschweig and a Ph.D. in Economics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He also completed two Senior Leadership and Management Programs at IMD, Lausanne.
