Kadri Ozen has extensive international leadership experience in the fields of Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability Strategies.

Kadri Ozen is the Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at NEQSOL Holding, leading external and internal corporate communications, sustainability strategies, and external stakeholder relations to support Holding’s global positioning and reputation.

Prior to joining NEQSOL Holding in 2023, Mr. Ozen served as the Chief Corporate Affairs and Communications Officer for Unilever's tea division, LIPTON Tea and Infusions in the Netherlands, which was sold from Unilever to CVC Capital Partners. Since 2001, Kadri Ozen worked in Türkiye, the USA, Germany, the UAE, and the Netherlands with senior leadership roles at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Coca-Cola Company, Merck Pharmaceuticals and Unilever.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ozen worked as an international news reporter and presenter for TRT in Ankara, CNN World Report in Atlanta, BBC World Service in London, and for SHOW TV in Istanbul.

Kadri Ozen is a Medical Doctor by training and holds an MBA from Emory University in the USA.
