Pierre Rogman has 36 years of professional experience in international cement companies. Throughout his career, he has held a wide range of executive roles in technical functions, operations, capital expenditure (CapEx) management, and corporate strategy.

Mr. Rogman is a Member of the Board of Directors of Norm, the largest integrated cement producer in the South Caucasus, combining raw materials mining, clinker production, cement manufacturing, and logistics.

He holds two master’s degrees from the University of Leuven (UCL and KU Leuven): one in Engineering and the other in Industrial Management.
